Lola's officially started in early 2007 as part of a life-long dream to be free to sell and buy items with good design, great quality, and reasonable prices.  Shop Lola's is named after my 91-year old grandmother who's positive spirit, personality, and love of family has proven to be inspiring to those around her.  

This store's mission is to treat its online customers with excellent customer service and provide quality products. Think of us as the small boutique around the corner in your town.  There are real people behind this site, so if you have any questions, feel free to contact us! FAQs

Sales Tax

California residents will have 7.75% sales tax automatically added to their order. If we are not collecting your state's taxes, you are expected to comply with your state's current laws regarding internet purchases.

Ordering
Orders can be submitted by email or online.  Please include all your information when corresponding. We will email you the confirmation receipt within 1 business day.

Gift Certificates
Please supply us with the name, address and amount you would like to give and we will deliver a unique gift certificate.

Gift Wrap
A gift box with a unique gift tag can be purchased for an additional $5.

Custom
If there are any items in the handmade section that you would like custom made or purchased in multiple quantities, please email shoplolas [at] gmail.com. We will contact the individual artists/craftsman and will respond with an updated cost and shipping times. Please reserve at least two to three weeks for special/custom orders as every item is made to order. For custom orders a non-refundable deposit of 1/2 of fee is required before production starts; the balance payment to be made prior to the shipment.

Delivery
Approximately 1 week for items in stock. For special/custom orders please refer to email after making a request. If this is a rush order, please let us know and we will accommodate you.

Payment Methods
For the safest and easiest way to pay, all credit card payments go through Paypal at this time, no account with us or with paypal is required.  Please contact us if you'd prefer check or money order.  
 

Shipping
Orders within the United States will be shipped by USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation unless requested otherwise.
Return Policy
For custom made items, there is a no return policy unless the item is defective. Any other defective merchandise will be replaced or credited without handling or shipping charges.

Privacy Policy
Lola’s will never sell, trade or give away your private information to anyone. Your name, address, credit card number, and all other personal information is absolutely confidential. We do not keep your personal information on file and only maintain an email list for those who have chosen to receive it.
